Douglas is an avid sports fan who also enjoys travel, reading, and watching films. He has always had an interest in historic buildings & sustainable design. Douglas has achieved his USGBC LEED AP and is currently studying for his architecture license in Florida. He has a Master of Architecture from the University of South Florida School of Architecture & Community Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Cable from Penn State University.

Susan Szalla has a life long love of the arts. She also enjoys travel, reading history and listening to music. Susan has been in the construction industry since 1992 with a special emphasis in preconstruction cost estimating. She has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh School of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Susan has also achieved her LEED AP through the USGBC.
